COVID-19 POLICY

WE ARE IMPLEMENTING THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CDC AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF INFECTION FROM COVID-19:

  • Our office will send you a screening questionnaire and intake forms to fill out before your appointment. Please submit any recent medical reports or imaging with the questionnaire so we can review the information prior to your treatment session. Please submit all forms no later than the day before your appointment.

  • We are implementing a new curbside check-in process. When you arrive, please call or text us at (914) 484-7720. Please wait in your car until you receive a response from us letting you know when it is safe for you to enter the office for your appointment.

  • We will allow only one person in the office at a time and limit the amount of time spent in the waiting room and other common areas. For patients that require assistance or are minors, we ask that you have companions or family members wait in the car or outside on the courtyard while you are receiving your treatment if they are not staying with the patient in the treatment room for the duration of their treatment.

  • Masks or face coverings are required at all times. You will be refused service if you are not wearing a mask. Please let us know if you do not have a mask and we will provide one for you.

  • When you enter the office, we will take your temperature, review your screening questionnaire and intake forms, and offer hand sanitizer.

  • If you have a temperature of over 99 degrees Fahrenheit or if anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks, please inform us as we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you have had potential exposure to COVID-19, please notify us immediately and we will reschedule your appointment as soon as it is safe to do so.

  • The bathroom will be available for use but please let us know after using it so we can properly clean and disinfect surfaces.

  • Appointments will be limited to allow for social distancing and thorough cleaning of the treatment rooms between patients. We will add additional days or times as we are safely able to manage and as the COVID-19 situation continues to improve. We will try to accommodate everyone as best we can but please bear with us as we are trying to ensure the safety of everyone.

  • In order to provide the highest level of care while ensuring the lowest level of risk bodywork and massage services will not be offered exclusively at this time. This will not be permanent and will be returned to the services offered at the earliest ability to do so safely.
